All of Temple Mount is a mosque?
A bizzare headline was featured on Breitbart News today; “Jewish Settlers Storm Al Aqsa Yards”. The story culled from Petra news service breathlessly proclaimed.
A group of radical Jewish settlers on Thursday stormed the compounds of Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli police.
Settlers never seem to just walk or jog, they always “storm”, I guess it makes for a good entrance. I Googled “settlers stormed” and received 35,100 results, that is a lot of storming! And how do they know it is “settlers” doing the storming, I guess that’s easy when you consider every single Jew to be a settler and all of Israel to be occupied territory.
Palestinian sources said that groups of extremist settlers broke into the mosque yards from Al-Magarbah Gate escorted by Israeli soldiers, where they roamed the yards and performed provocative Talmudic rituals.
“Provocative Talmudic Rituals”? What?! The actual routine, at least for observant Jewish visitors is a respectful walk around the outer edge of the Temple Mount, the holiest place in Judaism. Even among those who assert that certain areas of the sacred site are permitted to tread, the area around the dome of the rock is forbidden to Jews by all religious Jewish authorities. Additionally Jewish prayer and “Talmudic rituals” are strictly forbidden by Israeli police. In fact no Jewish prayer books or holy items are permitted on the Temple Mount.
Palestine News Network reported yesterday that…”Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque, Assault Worshippers“
Jewish settlers on Wednesday assaulted a number of Palestinian worshipers after they stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound. Groups of settlers broke into the mosque through Bab al-Magharbeh and started to provoke the Palestinian worshipers by chanting racist slogans. The worshipers protested the settlers and succeeded to expel them from the mosque. It’s worth mentioning that around 300 settlers raided on Tuesday, the al-Aqsa mosque following calls from Jewish rabbis to storm the mosque. The rabbis also called for the storming of the mosque in the middle of the month, which would coincide with “Passover” festival.
One would have thought that somebody would have had a cellphone handy to video or photograph the provocation, but alas they all had run out of battery.
Anybody on this side of sanity knows full well that no group of Israelis, Jews or even settlers “stormed” the Al-Aqsa Mosque this (or any other) week. Right? Well that depends on how you define the Al-Aqsa Mosque. You may have thought that the building circled in the photo below is Al-Aqsa.
But you and every person with knowledge of such things on this planet would be wrong. Friends of Al-Aqsa published a helpful photo diagram to show you the true location of Al-Aqsa mosque.
The entire Temple Mount platform is actually a mosque! Thus any Jew who sets foot on the Temple Mount is invading the Al-Aqsa mosque! Make sense now?
Interestingly the boundaries of the new mega Mosque (37 acres!) conform precisely to this depiction of the Beit Hamikdash and Har Habayit as it is believed to have appeared 2000 years ago.
What a coincidence.
