J Street Challenge returns for encore showing
The most controversial pro-Israel film ever to come to Seattle returns for premiere screening this Tuesday in Bellevue.
Featuring some of the greatest minds in the Jewish world, The J Street Challenge offers a new, eye opening perspective on what it means to be pro-Israel and pro-peace. Ruffling the feathers of certain quarters of the Seattle Jewish establishment, the film provides a sober, fact based analysis of a potent and rising force in the Pacific Northwest and national Jewish elite.
Organizers of the screening stress that their goal is to begin a difficult, yet necessary conversation on Israel advocacy in the 21st Century.
The screening to be held this Tuesday at 8pm in Bellevue at the South Bellevue Community Center was initiated by members of the local Israeli community. There will be an open Q&A via livestream with the producer of The J Street Challenge, Avi Goldwasser.
